A focused internal tool typically lands in the tens of thousands of rand; a full operational platform with multiple user roles, integrations and reporting runs considerably higher. The discovery phase exists precisely so you get a real number before committing to a build.
A well-scoped internal tool is usually 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to production. Larger platforms are delivered in phases, with a working, usable first release typically inside 12 weeks and further capability added in increments after that. We would rather put something real in your hands early than disappear for six months.
Yes. On final payment the intellectual property and source code are yours outright, delivered in your own repository. We do not retain licensing rights over work you have paid for, and we do not hold your codebase hostage as a retention tactic.
